The villa is situated in a raised position giving spectacular views over the Corfu channel and on to Albania and is not overlooked by any other properties giving a feeling of complete privacy.
 There are terraced gardens to the front and rear of the villa with a large built in barbecue with outside dining furniture. There is a large swimming pool (5x12m - 1x2.3m deep, steps in, floodlit) with an outside shower and W.C. and plenty of sun loungers!
Between the lower and ground floor, you will also find the laundry room where the washing machine is located.
The Villa is arranged over 3 floors. The lower floor (access from the back of the property) is a self contained one bedroom apartment with its own bathroom and kitchen, which is ideal for grandparents or older children wanting some privacy.
 On the ground floor (from the front of the property) there is a large well equipped kitchen diner and a pretty lounge with double French doors that open onto a large terrace (decked out with table and chairs) which over look the beautiful views of Albania.
Also on this floor are two bedrooms (one twin, one double) with fitted wardrobes and doors to the same terrace and a bathroom with a whirl-pool bath and shower.
 On the first floor is a charming bedroom with a small ensuite bathroom with shower and it's own private balcony. The room is gabled with exposed beams and twin beds.
